The original owner of this Ballard home dating from the 1940s was the present owner's grandmother! N&R Construction: NRC HOMES added a second story-addition to "grandma's house" and remodeled the interior. Architect Dan Malone of Soundesign Group designed a beautiful addition to and remodel of the original one-story house while preserving its traditional character.
